So if your baseline is nine cases of antisemitism and one anti Israeli, if now the numbers are 12 and 8 then cases have doubled on the surface. I get your point about trackers and trends, but there are cases where it does not work. I don’t want to minimise antisemitism the dangers of antisemitism

Actually that is my main point really. Anti Israeli action protests or remarks are not antisemitic but some people think they are. That is why I ask if there is a review. This is a change in circumstances that may well be a bigger proportion than they were

I have no doubt antisemitism has risen. However the distinction between anti Israeli action and antisemitism is not appreciated by people offended
by action against genocide.

It’s not just those marches though. I have been told I’m being antisemitic for wearing a t shirt with a Palestinian flag. On several occasions. I have seen posts from people saying that the wearing of the flag is intrinsically antisemitic. That is a distortion as it is not antisemitism.

@quietriotpod.bsky.social the latest pod says antisemitism has doubled and will triple. How is this calculated? I see many people claiming seeing a pro Palestine march is anti semitic. So are the figures based on self reporting or are they analysed to remove these cases?
