It’s a fairly new ai model that has some validity in predicting mortality if “biological age” is higher than chronological age by 7+ years, but is really new and hasn’t gotten a lot of work. I don’t use it in my practice but don’t specialize in prevention cards www.escardio.org/The-ESC/Pres...

I love the show. I actually watched season 1 before reading the books and enjoyed it so much, I decided to read the series. Books are better ( as usual) but the show is wonderful. Highly recommend.
