I think that before going down a rabbit hole of election dooming people should listen to how Republicans are talking. Because this is a party that has been shellacked in recent races and is scared of what is coming.
Gimenez: "We've been warning the administration about the enforcement that's been going on. We thought there should've been a course correction a long time ago, and now I guess it's gonna be forced on us by the Democrats. We should've been focusing on criminals and gang members, not grandmothers."

Taylor Rehmet, who just flipped a district in TX that Trump took by 17 points, ran on "strong unions and worker power" as well as "environmental justice."

Canadian banks closed 561 branches & 900 ATMs in 4 years, while population grew 7%.

Those same banks made $70 billion profit last year alone.

We need postal banking & credit unions freed to provide all banking services.

For decades, more sustainable & responsible cities haven’t just been possible — they’ve been common sense, logical, & ridiculously obvious! And yet we’ve failed to act, for many reasons, including that we’ve let ourselves be lied to.

A better future thru better cities is STILL possible. #Leadership

This was happening in Seattle at the same time hundreds of cyclists were biking for Pretti in another part of town, after almost a thousand biked in solidarity last night.

There’s many different protests happening even within a single city it’s getting hard to keep track of them. That’s very good.

The Trump regime is losing its grip. People are finding their power.
Just experienced the most intense tear gassing of my life by federal officers outside the ICE facility in Portland where marchers gathered. There was no fast exit as they indiscriminately threw loads of gas and flash bangs. Children were in the crowd screaming. @oregoncapitalchronicle.com

The Epstein emails should really end the debate over whether society should have billionaires. "Do you want there to be a class of people so powerful they can fuck your kids and no one will even try to do anything" seems like an easy sell if everyone in politics wasn't trying to get on their payroll
