It’s just something I made up one day!

if I’m starting with a single solid chunk of meat, I do about eight hours on low for a pound to a pound and a half. Sometimes I get it cut up into chunks and that goes a lot faster.

Just before eating add coconut yogurt to the meat, one single serving cup per pound of meat.

Soooo tasty, can be made into pulled pork sandwich, added to a vegetable stir fry, fried rice, some sort of noodle dish, lots of possibilities!

one of my favorites is sooooooooo easy...pork shoulder, liberally sprinkled with some sort of Asian seasoning- some sort of ginger and sesame is my favorite- cook til its falling apart when you stick fork into it.

And I am (truly) wrapping up some fics promised to people far too long ago, picking at a little Trails/Another Eden crossover filet I started sometime back, and hoping to be able to catch myself and do something for Kinktober.

In the meantime,I'm working on thinking of ways to keep up the energy of Aidios for the rest of the year so that by the time next year rolls around, we have a bit more buoyancy to start from.I know it's gonna be awesome!

So um, stuff happened and all I can do is apologize. I'm incredibly sad because we were off to a great start, and while this is a niche within the fandom, I think we have enough to really make something of this.

My life has a ways of doing this every time I try to run an event- it happens every Rarepairs month too, though its less noticeable I think because Falcom Rarepairs is big enough that it has a lot of momentum and you awesome folks just keep going with it
