We do have a pretty good system here in Australia. The one reform missing is to set the federal parliament to four year fixed terms. This would make governments work more and campaign less, something the nation could do with. It works for state and local governments. #auspol #elections

I have been away for a month, and, tbh not seeing the news and commentary has been good. Let's see how long I can manage a more equanimitous approach to world affairs. My views have not changed, but I will be responding less to what I see.
