Why is #STARVoting the right choice for Los Angeles?
17 states have now banned Ranked Choice Voting (and its proportional version by extension), and Germany's Supreme Court has ruled it unconstitutional because of a counterintuitive pathology in Ranked Choice Voting where voting *for* someone can actually hurt that candidate (aka non-monotonicity).
