When I was about 5 or six years old I was given an illustrated children’s book about Louis Pasteur and it did an amazing job of explaining to me exactly why pasteurization was so important with little illustrations of germs

Today I went to a local book store to order a book that will cost me about 20% more and will arrive ~500-1000% later than if I'd just ordered it from Amazon and I feel good about it
