Once "women" decided to invite the Courts to define them - as a certain type of exclusive group - they opened the flood gates for courts to define "womanhood", soon women will only be mothers, housewives and carers: property of their husbands, the courts will decide! It's a fascist's dream scenario
I always forget Bluesky attracts (mainly) thoughtful, articulate people who have all responded positively to my rightful fear (posted below)- above all Courts (dominated by CIS white heterosexual men) should only rarely be invited to define the rest of us!

This deserves a repost for the excellent use of the phrase "the great unthinking" for the neo-Nazi supporters who moan about life in Britain but are congenitally too stupid to do anything that would improve things
