tbh i don't think I'm getting much out of these multiple therapy sessions a month. the 1st time around, sure. but this time it feels more of the same? like, I'm still in bad shape, I could be feeling better, but I don't see how this approach is gonna help me get there cuz so far it's too vague

in a very mercury retro way, my next therapy sess that was supposed to be next month is now tmr (I learned about it today) and it was a hassle to book so I can't skip. I've been feeling pretty awful lately, but brain insists that to say that is like admitting I'm not trying hard enough 🫠 anyway.
