I dont think its choosy beggery by asking i think it would be abit if you were demanding it but your just asking and the worst you can hear is "sorry no we can't/wont do that" so I think you should send a email to shopdad! I hope you get a good answer!!

I also keep switching between hoping someone grabs it to save me (and to give EE the money they deserve for making such a stunning toy) but then feeling really sad at the thought of someone else owning it i am torturing myself and not in the fun way.

Legal absolutely does!! But I also understand their want to not have to cut up their bones just for a refund I wouldn't wanna cut up something I'd probably never be able to own again just for money either! And I dont think mine is bad enough for a refund honestly its inbedded-

He has a small inbedded black fuzzy, but it's small enough and inbedded enough that i'm choosing to ignore it, but if you grab a bones, please make sure you check them before opening the bag!!
