I like to think they do! I think there's good argument for them not growing too but specifically for the Diner at the End of the Falls AU, I imagine that the more they grow and break away from Dipper, the more they become their own person, including aging!
I imagine that the surviving Dipper clones grew into their own personalities but are still hung up on Wendy lmfao, or at least, till one of them meets some snotty blonde haired waitress
