We see the shadows on the wall and think we have the world figured out. Until we leave the cave does our perspective become realized.
I sometimes never know why certain neuro pathways light up 🤔
Good morning Laura. So I take it that time is a relative and less strong marker of aging? Feels that way to me. 😁

“Men who look upon themselves born to reign, and others to obey, soon grow insolent; selected from the rest of mankind their minds are early poisoned by importance; and the world they act in differs so materially from the world at large, “

A thousand colorful metaphors maybe. 🤬🤬🤬
Probably way off the mark but not sure why but reminds me of:

“The evil that men do lives on after them; the good is oft interred with their bones.”
-William Shakespeare's play "Julius Caesar"
I've called my rep-R (he's not busy since not working but collecting pay) Asked for him to provide the documentation of the required review process that had to be completed. But I don't expect an answer. I've called my senator-D also. I've called our TV stations also.

I know, so sad. 😞 Has to fit in a sound bite or meme. Was just tossing that out there.
They should read 'Better Angels of Our Nature: Why Violence Has Declined', Steven Pinker, 2011... most likely never happen, >800 pages.

He argues with data documenting that violence in the world has declined. Notes paradoxically, our impression of violence has not tracked this decline. Go figure.
I'm surprised they have yet to argue "white" is composed of all colors. Newton confirmed it. 🤪
Indeed, astute thought. 🤔 To often we create boxes of our tools that confine our thinking. Thus, the need to step out of the box. You can’t predict the cascade of insights, ideas or discovery that follow from curiosity driven research.
🤔 Is there a Feynman diagram that describes the interaction of viral particles n antibodies/ immune system? 🤣😁
👍 💉 👍 I’m fully vaccinated also. Our antibody forces are primed n ready. 😃
Need to protect others not just ourselves.

I hear from informed sources that these #NoKings rallies are more than twice as big as last time, making them easily the largest protests in US history. Thanks to everyone and especially organizers.
Umberto Eco understood the reality.😁

I also don’t have to charge a battery to read any of my books.
Good Saturday morning from our farm 😃
They are curious gentile giants.
Not as artistic n beautiful as yours. Does setting turn out posts count? My draft horses helping 😁
“In many cases in history, the mad person was deemed mad because they were inconvenient or somehow undesirable to the maintaining of the society’s status quo.”

Still something we as a society struggle to confront n overcome. Good informative read, thanks.
These are beautiful n realistic n artistic. I find it a great insight into the process of how our understanding the anatomy n organ functions evolved. These are from the late 1700s; learn the ‘parts’, then begin to understand function. We’re still learning how it all works. 😃
