Particularly somber 9/11. All violence is unacceptable. On the right and logical arguments supporting illogical positions. #endgunviolence #endpoliticalviolence #endviolence

Further proof that Republicans don not understand economics.

Short sighted policies are going to cause far reaching suffering.

Tax RATES vs Tax BURDENS - know the difference. Why do Republicans want to get rid of income taxes? Because consumption based taxes shift the burden to YOU. #tax #gapol

This video was longer but Bluesky has a 3 min limit. Gotta remember that. 🤦‍♂️

GOOD. The atrocity should have never been made. Glad it will be shut down before it gets hit by a hurricane.

As someone with a bit of experience working in tech, “Move fast and break things” is great if you are a tech disrupter.

Not great in a government that people depend on.

We need to move fast and FIX things.

This is totally the weaponization of government and they are are targeting Kilmer Abrego García.

But he *did* cross the border illegally, and deportation *is* a punishment for that under US law.

As long as his rights are respected, it is stupid and unnecessary, but that’s what people voted for.
Let’s be clear: deporting Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Uganda makes no sense—it’s not his home country. Nothing about this process has been fair. ICE is targeting him with cruelty. This is the weaponization of government, not justice.

The detention, which was expected, happened after Abrego Garcia walked into the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Baltimore for a check-in after being released from custody on Friday.

The crazy thing is interspersed in this caps lock screed are facts most Americans don't know. Cali is a huge state for Agriculture. Paid maternal leave. Free school meals.
Its marketing that Dems need to do. If this nonsense breaks thru then do more of it!

It is beyond embarrassing that Vladimir Putin comes to US soil, tells the President of the United States that he won in 2020 and that voting by mail is “corrupt”, and said President of the United States spends the next week declaring war on mail in ballots.

He’s getting played. Again.
Sitting in the Oval Office alongside Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, Trump launched into a tirade against mail-in voting, calling it corrupt and vowing to do “everything possible to get rid of mail-in ballots.”

Trump voted by mail in 2020.

MAGA is so pro free market that they want to nationalize private chip makers.

Remember when they all accused Obama of “socialism” for bailing out auto makers (which was a loan that was paid back with interest)?

The stupid. It hurts.
August 19, 2025 at 12:59 PM
I should not be surprised, but the level of audacity and the sheer lack of self awareness that MAGA Republicans are willing to put out there is truly astounding.

This can’t be real life.

Trump is proposing a $1 trillion military budget.

Roughly half of US defense spending goes to private military contractors, with investigations finding that these companies routinely price-gouge.

Oh, and the Pentagon has failed seven straight audits.

"Fiscal responsibility."
