Applying for work is now more than a full time job on its own.
No longer can you send résumé with a tailored cover letter, each fucking employer want's you to fill in a 200+ fields application, duplicating your résumé with an added crap-load of personal info.

Ahh yes, also hospitals (depending on unit and reason you're in) are also often not very conducive to rest. Had wonderful care, nurses etc but sooo loud and somehow hot but cold at same time🤷‍♀️
