Melania Trump threatened to sue Michael Wolff for stating facts about the Epstein situation, it is a SLAPP suit threat, intending to shut him up.
It looks like Mr. Wolff feels compelled to pursue this matter by preemptively suing Melania Trump, and pursuing this to the end.

Apparently, ICE officer Barney Fife approached a suspect’s car, breaking the window with his service weapon.

It is believed Fife’s weapon discharged Fife's only bullet as he attempted to get hold of the suspect. The discharge from Officer Fife's weapon struck both the suspect and a deputy Marshall.
