Getting a referral to cardiac team and need an echo.

DR says I should start exercising anyway because that will help my cough, but not now, too tired.

I noticed reading through paperwork that the ER DR's name was Rod Beaver and my inner 12yr old boy has been giggling immaturely ever since.😂

...to go back to sleep after that, so still tired. When I can get through a whole day and night without coughing, I'll feel safe to exercise again. Can't wait! Follow up with my DR this afternoon.

2 full days and nights out of ER and I was finally able to sleep lying down in bed and not sitting up in an easy chair, because all the noise in my lungs is gone. They were still vocal only when I was horizontal. Still coughing up stuff though. Around 4a I woke up choking on phlegm and was afraid...

...would be very beneficial, as soon as I feel ready. So after some rest today and a good nights sleep, or a good day's sleep because I've now been awake (and stressed) for about 28hrs, I can start doing Chloe Ting every day again! 😀

...a slight hardening of my heart and one side is leaking slightly. That could be from having rheumatic fever as a teen and/or being without my bp meds for the last couple years because my DR wouldn't prescribe them until I got labs done, which I couldn't afford at the time. Well, I have them now...

...breathe and was coughing up bloody mucus. When I first got to ER my bp was 230/106 and my oxygen level was 78. Then I spent the rest of the early morning getting fluid drained from my lungs. Everything feels good now except my throat from so much constant coughing.

So it was acute congestive heart failure, likely from too much salt. I had to go to work for a few minutes yesterday afternoon and stopped at McDonald's on the way home for a Happy Meal because I was in the mood for solid food. Jungkook was NOT worth it. About 7-8 hrs later I suddenly couldn't....

...after it was closed. FYI we're in a rural area and don't have home delivery of mail, unless something is sent by UPS or FedEx, and the PO isn't open on Saturdays and the package will be too big, so I have to wait until Monday before I can try everything on & stand in front of the mirror...

I got blocked on Hoka's website for suspicious, bot-like activity. Just because I had multiple tabs open and was clicking back and forth between them as I tried to decided between different styles and colors. I guess I'll buy some other brand of shoes.

I don't know who Bad Bunny is, I assume he does some kind of music, but due to the reaction from maga camp, I think this might be the first half-time show that I actually watch in I don't know how long. I think the last one I saw was Prince? Or The Rolling Stones? Maybe I'll become a new fan!
