Branding without strategy is just decoration.
Branding without customer insight is just assumption.
Branding without product alignment is just lipstick on a monkey.
Mission ≠ messaging. One’s about belief. The other’s about communication. Your startup needs both to not sound like a nonprofit stuck in 2011.
