My teacher said, “Out an entire week for a funeral?” And went on to humiliate me in front of the class, while I was grieving and no where ready to return to school. Some people should never be allowed to be around children.

I love to read and make time for it, but I think people are miserable because they’re conditioned to be consumers and to never realize that having enough is true contentment. We’re also not always taught to value the arts.

I recently read the book Check Point Charlie about the inception thru the destruction of the Berlin Wall. To visualize some of this was something that was obviously missing from the book. I recognized all of the landmarks, as described. Thx.
