Well, initially it was an experiment to see if someone could take advantage of someone who was asleep, with Dresden showing that you're still protected by "The Blessing" (an in universe superstition that non-consensual acts are impossible because of ancient magic) and Eli operating as a control. 😈👨‍🔬🧪
