Thank you Adam! P.s. a couple of my Foundation Year students came to the fantasy summer school in Oxford and really enjoyed your presentation, which gave me the perfect excuse to boast about having been taught by you.

Homegrown madder pigment. It's wonderful to create medieval pigment from something grown in your garden #bookhistory #medievalpigments #medievalsky

Thank you dear Kristen! Happy sailing!

Printing my wolf linocut in a burgundy ink on cream and grey card. I'm pleased with him, but my red ink is always very watery (and therefore has a tendency to both fill fine lines and print blotchy) so I'm looking forward to printing in plain black tomorrow.

That was a bit oblique, apologies 😅 a good thing, I love lankum and the refrain of Go Dig makes me feel like the dancing kermit

Scrappy test printing for visual legibility - completed. My next step is chatter elimination and adding just a bit more hairy detail.

Alex I keep liking all your posts - I hope it doesn't look like I am haunting you. Its because I think all your courses look great and I am trying to find ones that fit in with my term!

I turned up in an Oxford reel again.
Potentially threatening caption.
Screenshot from an Instagram reel.
I'm stood behind ornate gates wearing a suit, bowler hat and resting on an umbrella, my moustache is visible.
