'Dystopian' is the word for it. Having to actively sit in courses and seminars being led by people who are EXCITED by this prospect is nauseating. And I'll always continue to champion the artists and content creators I hire over AI. In marketing, we've seen this pattern before and AI doesn't win.

I work in marketing. The message from the top is "use this, or you won't keep your job" while being actively excited about churning out AI slop faster and at greater quantity - sorry, 'scalable' and with 'personalisation'. 🤮

I always thank anyone who took the time to do more than hit the like button (though I appreciate everyone who does.) When the composition has moved someone to greater action, I think it deserves acknowledgement. And people like to interact with the artists! I have BIG thoughts on that.
