My wife asked me to make her biscotti. Sure, no problem. Me then (as I start the process) realizing why I don't do this more often. The mess and that damn sticky ass dough that no matter how much flour I apply, will still stick to my hands and everything else.

I think my wife has a problem. One I've helped aid over the years. Whenever they're on sale at Costco, she grabs a box or two. Occasionally, I'll grab one for her when they appear during the season.
