My research interests extend beyond international investment law to also cover the legal framework on deep seabed mining. Once considered science fiction, deep seabed mining is becoming a reality. This article provides a great overview of the challenges involved:

The first week of term is alway busy but exciting! This week is especially exciting because we are officially starting the pilot of our new International Economic Law Clinic where students undertake legal research on real issues in international economic law for actual clients.
