Yeah agreed - big shame Maama had to come off. Silly booking really. But sensible to bring him off. Amass & Bannan were desparately trying to get him a 2nd booking and with that ref you felt is was more than likely.

Can't understand the fanbase attitude to Kayembe. I thought he had a great game. The biggest probs were Chak & Irankunda who offer very little, constantly losing the ball in dangerous situations - miss Vata and Baah. Should have started with Kyp and Petris instead & pushed Louza & Edo forward a bit.

We've had some shit officals this season but this guy takes the biscuit. Everything that's bad about refereeing. At one point the ball hit Amass on the shin with no one around and the ref inexplicably gave them a free kick.#watfordfc

Yeah theyre pretty weak up front but have some good players in midfield - liked Matusiwa, Akpom and Philogene.

Being able to alternate between Rocco and Georgi is a nice position to be in. God knows when the latter will be back though.

Best performance for quite some time today. Obvs Louza was MOTM but there were some great performances by Ngakia,Bola, Pollock,Doumbia and Kyprianou (who had by far his best game in a #Watfordfc shirt). In fact,couldnt fault anyone. Play like that every week and we have every chance of the playoffs.

Although we were better in the second half, the win papers over the cracks a bit. Hull are an awful side who i suspect will be firmly in the relegation mix, so beating them is no great shakes.
