Picked up a new orchid at the Garden Show a few months ago and it finally bloomed. I really like it, not what i'm used to seeing in the shops. #orchid #houseplant

I've tried growing Spanish Moss several times with no luck. A friend gave me a piece about 6 months ago and it's not only growing, it's blooming. #gardening #houseplant

It's officially been 33 days since I decided to quit smoking. Cravings are almost completely gone, still get them occasionally but they pass quickly. I think I might have this beat. #smokefree #quitsmoking #igotthis

Current project: removal of grass, digging up the dozens of large rocks in the soil, adding amendments and planting (soon) new flowers and shrubs.

Finally got around to that Dwarf Cymbidium my neighbor gave me. I found 7 viable divisions. Poor plant was so pot bound and neglected but it's going to become several beautiful plants now.

I've been taking some time working on the front yard, didn't realize it's been 9 days. I'm slowly removing all of the grass, putting in a narrow path through the flowers and flowering shrubs. Making sure i have access to the bird feeders, bird bath, bee hydration station.
