I had 1,200 calories today and it actually feels horrible/wrong 😭

not binging, separate meals because I felt very weak/off this morning so I decided to not restrict like how I usually do but it made me feel so sad

90 cals together because I drank less than half the monster, also best brand of protein yoghurt ever because it doesn't taste like the Sahara desert..
