if you want my genuine opinion, i think the mare cease and desist was a direct resort of the account id information being used at all. the way mare used it was respectable, to ban bad actors, but i think after playerscope square freaked out about anyone using it. given that they scrambled it 3x.

hey hi xivtwt. because some people were too stupid to stfu about mare in game we have to find some workarounds.
potential solution:
- get your friends to create modpacks for their characters and send them to you (there's a way thru penumbra)
- create and assign a collection for your friend's charas

hey btw creative hobbies should be centered around building each other up and supporting each others' self expression (even if it isn't your style personally or isn't perfect) and if that isn't your main goal when you take part in a creative hobby community you are missing the point entirely

Some of my favorite mods are beginner works that may have issues and clip in silly ways.
If none of us posted our imperfect creations, all of us would have far fewer things to play with.
This is a hobby.
Clipping’s ok.
Seams and edges are ok.
What’s not ok is putting others down.
