and even then i still feel like there is so much yuri out there, i feel like yuri likers have it relatively good now vs 15 years ago when literally the only yuri vns available in english were sonohana and that was it lol
seeing all the discourse and petty arguments on twitter between yuri fans nd yaoi fans is so exhausting lol, yuri and yaoi are both fairly niche subgenres of romance when compared to the dominating monolith that is het romance so why are you attacking eachother...
if i had created these charas w the express purpose of them being shipped together i would not have made them cousins lol but it's a core part of their relationship i can't change it even if it would make the more palatable, it would be a betrayal 😔
i got rly unlucky as a vn dev primarily known for making yuri vns that my oc otp happen to be guys and theyre cousins so theres 2 layers of 'ew' working against me here 😔😔😔
as much as i love cming art of my boys it does make me feel kinda sad i know these artists don't care about them nd they would not draw them were it not for money lol
