Join Uckfield Fire Cadets this Thursday 16 October at Uckfield Fire station for their Restart A Heart sessions.

ALL are welcome at one of our 3 drop in sessions, just bring a cushion or teddy to practice CPR and a mat to kneel on if you require.

Sessions are running at 7:15pm, 7:45pm and 8:15pm.

It's vital to understand Carbon Monoxide (CO) poisoning symptoms and the warning signs of unsafe gas appliances.
