1974's "Crazy Joe" is a fictionalized retelling of Joe Gallo's fascinating life. Unfortunately, this film flops as the plot is convoluted, the script is stilted, and the cinematography is nothing special. The action is decent however and it is fun to watch Peter Boyle's take on Gallo.

I'm going through the 8-CD Bootleg Series 18 tracks and... it's just SO infuriating.
They should have saved the "Fragments" title to use it on this release.
