Thanks Sarah. It was ever changing as you'd expect and worth sitting through rain for the odd moment of light.

Thanks Paula, nothing like a bit of controversy to help promote a book 😂

I also notice the Ai generated profile picture you use to promote yourself, a photographer 👌😃🙏

It certainly does Jeff and the irony might be lost on you. Getting people talking about the community non profit book of REAL talented photographers is the point here. Sharing their work for the 8th year running is the objective using many different ways to promote it. 🙏

Firstly a huge thank you to @dylannardini.com for the amount of time he puts in to running #sharemondays2025 for the benefit of the photography community

My entry this week surprisingly is from the Isle of Harris

This is such a great thing to do.

As I said before, there will be a mix of promotion styles. And, anyone can promote the book in whichever way they choose as long as it helps get the work of these photographers out there. I appreciate the interaction, the Ai was an experiment to gain reaction and a bit of fun tbh. 🙏
dylannardini.com
A bit of fun to get a conversation about a book that focuses on, and promotes the images of very talented photographers. Its non profit & has run for 8 years for the good of others work. The odd obvious AI image, mocking fake imagery is one way, along with other traditional ways to promote it. 🙏
dylannardini.com
Thats a shame, but its been promoted via that precise way before and its obviously passed you by so in a way you've shown that it's brought the book to your attention this time.

Think its just a way of promoting the book, nothing more tbh.

You know you'll try it at home when you're alone one day and see the light. You can thank me then 😃

I 2nd this completely, what a wonderful week of photography and trying to convince these 2 that dunking toast in tea, ginger snaps in diluted orange juice and that freezing grapes is the future. Success on 2 fronts, need to keep working on the toast.

Well it’s a wrap. Last day on the amazing and beautiful Isle of Harris. What an amazing week full of laughter, adventure and photography.

I've put a few comments in the alt section
Decision tomorrow! (It will be tough!)
I love this still life with its careful arrangements and the little interplay of light on the right hand background. It's a really pleasing colour palette as well. Loving the colours and the movement in this: it makes for a very expressive portrait Captured at the perfect moment! A really direct and striking portrait I'm really enjoying this beautiful interplay of textures, shapes and light. It's a great colour palette too!
