Playing Red Dead Redemption 2 has got me in the mood to watch some Western movies. So, I've added these 2 to my collection today.

I bought Dustborn in the sales for £3.99. What sold me on the game was the bad reviews, like when people cry "woke" and get triggered by Pronouns, then you know it has to be a pretty good game.

I've been in a bit of a gaming slump recently. So what better way to try and get out of it by replaying the masterpiece that is Red Dead Redemption 2.

Such a big box for one Switch 2 game. 🤣

I really appreciate someone in the neighbourhood starting a bonfire (presumably to burn rubbish) smoking out my flat, and giving me a headache... NOT.

Some people really are selfish idiots.

I spent most of last night playing The Outer Worlds 2. It's such a fun game, and I'm already getting distracted with all the side missions and exploring.

But I do find myself missing the Unreliable, the ship in this game doesn't quite have the same charisma and character.

Using my Xbox Reward points and buying The Outer Worlds 2 Premium Edition, so that I can play it over the weekend. I loved the first game so much, and I've been so hyped for the 2nd game all year. 😀

I do appreciate a game with a great artistic style, and the Keeper is certainly that.

Splinter Cell: Deathwatch just dropped on Netflix, and so far it's pretty good.

My last day of cycling to work, as I get my new (used) car tomorrow.

I Am Your Beast just hit on Gamepass. And judging by the first level, I think it's going to be a fun game. It feels very much like you're John Wick (although, in my case, a very poor John Wick).

I'm potentially going to buy a car tomorrow after not owning one for over 3 years. As much as I haven't missed the cost of having a car, I did miss the convenience and freedom of having one.

But this car will only be £20 to tax a year and cheap to insure, so it's not too bad.

I've worn out the rubber on the left stick, so the £50 gift voucher has to now go towards a new controller. 🤣

I got a £50 gift voucher for switching Broadband. Now to decide what game to buy, I'm thinking Gears of War on the PS5.

This is my 2nd time completing The Outer Worlds, but my first time playing the DLCs. It's such a good game and I love the depth Obsidian goes to explaining all of your decisions and what everyone ended up doing in the end.

First day back at work today after having 3 weeks off, and I'm not OK 😭

I've watched the first 2 episodes of Alien Earth, it's so good.

That's Mafia The Old Country finished. The story was predictable, but still very enjoyable. Overall it took me 15 hours and 11 minutes, only 570 out of 1000 achievements, though.

I need more shorter games like this, I just love when games focus on the story without the busy work in-between.

I'm now reading Firefly: Generations, book 4 of the novels.

As someone who love the show, I really enjoy reading these books. They feel like I'm watching a missing episode.

I've finished reading The Hotel Avocado by Bob Mortimer (the sequel to The Satsuma Complex).

I thought the ending felt a bit rushed, but it's an enjoyable read and a real page turner. To be fair, anything Bob does, I love.

The postman came nice and early today, and delivered Mafia The Old Country. I've been looking forward to this game.

It's 2025, and here I am buying cassette tapes like we're in the 90s again.

I kept seeing this book (Dungeon Crawler Carl 1 : Matt Dinniman) everywhere online, and as I'm easily influenced on what to buy, I had to get it.

It's coming home, again. Massive well done to the Lionesses, European Champions. 🏆🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
