So, I tested this a little bit more before I had to run to work today.

Doing H Roll whilst the opponent is in the Frozen Shaver state does 50% damage...

Doing Red Super at point-blank range whilst the opponent is in the Frozen Shaver state does LITERALLY FUCKING MORE THAN 200% DAMAGE!!!
