Given the state of things, I have to take joy from the little things. Therefore, I'm happy to see that my favorite 007 score (and my favorite Bond film) is being released in an expanded form.

There were about 8 Man from UNCLE movies between 1964-1969. Mostly they were simply expanded versions of episodes from the TV show w/added scenes. The marathon starts tomorrow at 6am w/ To Trap a Spy (expanded version of the pilot)

That is one of my guilty pleasures of watching classic films - seeing the casting overlap with TV shows that I grew up watching. The "down bill" cast of #NewYorkConfidential is really good BTW.

#NewYorkConfidential does have an all-star cast - including Mike Mazurki, Richard Conte and Broderick Crawford. And of course, the presence of Conte brings to mind 1972’s “The Godfather” and the loss of the talented Diane Keaton yesterday. 💔
