Let me rephrase--if someone suggested they are going to build a fancy office park (which this essentially is), why would you oppose some temporary traffic for a huge benefit of jobs, economic development for the area, and hightech?

I didn't suggest the ships are bringing construction materials in, it's a site with the lake to one side, LSD on the west, and heavy industry to the south.

Lake Shore Drive was rebuilt right through there to support development. It is literally next to the mouth of the Calumet where giant ships move huge amounts of materials
