We are fortunate that we could afford it but if I had to guess we spent $200-$250/month on formula. She maybe eats $30 worth of food now that she’s a toddler. That’s an unacceptable disparity.
Making formula affordable is good policy. Everyone should be able to feed their baby and every baby deserves to be fed. It's horrendously expensive and I believe it's become one of the most shoplifted items.

unpopular opinion: secular christmas is for kids, if you want it to be magical you need to have kids as part of the holiday or recognize it as a religious holiday. Either or both of those make it magical.

I've never gone to any of our associate happy hours because 1) it's a happy hour, and 2) I have a young kid.
Unfortunately, I think this has put me at a disadvantage at my job.
So, if you're in leadership, I'm begging you to stop associating social events with office dedication.
