My enemy: Information chaos, overwhelming knowledge work, scattered thinking, constant digital noise, and the resulting stress, inefficiency, and missed potential.
Just finished recording a workshop about @obsdmd

The recording is available below. Check it out if you want to understand and master Obsidian.
Knowii Voice AI: Push to talk compatible with any application.

Coming soon 🚀
I'm building Knowii Voice AI, a cross-platform voice transcription app initially targeting Windows and Linux.

Push to talk, paste the transcription anywhere.
No UI, just two keyboard shortcuts.

Send me a DM if you want to be in the beta wait list.
More convinced than ever that Obsidian is where your knowledge belongs
Not that often. I did it recently because I wanted to add more global properties and changed my tagging system. But generally speaking it's quite rare.

The system is not dependent on AI. AI is just the cherry on the cake. Everything works perfectly without AI.
I'm mainly using Claude Code now. My goal is leveraging AI capabilities to gain time, gain in consistency and remove more tedious manual work (like harmonizing tags/metadata across thousands of notes).

The structure and system I have now enables and makes this simple to do with AI.
Yes, those are all different note types. It helps when building different queries/Bases/views.

The structure isn't very prescriptive, my goal isn't to tell people what to document in their goals. It's open-minded in that sense.
It helps me on various levels. Finding information about people, books, adding/updating metadata, summarization, periodic reviews, content creation...
How many note apps have you tried?

Evernote → Notion → Roam → Obsidian → ?

Here's the truth: the tool doesn't matter if you don't have a system

Obsidian is the only tool you need.
Obsidian Starter Kit gives you the system you need.

Finally, stop switching
Your notes should work WITH AI.

Obsidian Starter Kit is AI-ready from day one:
→ Connect Claude Code in 5 minutes
→ Use Model Context Protocol (MCP)
→ Structured properties AI can understand
→ Ask AI anything about your vault

Your knowledge, instantly accessible
Most productivity systems fail because goals disconnect from daily work

Obsidian Starter Kit v3 solves this:
Goals → Plans → Projects → Tasks

All automatically linked. All in one system.
Every day, your brain generates brilliant insights and makes connections that could transform how you work and live. But the brain isn’t designed to remember most of it. It’s optimized for survival, not success.
And AI can find what you need on autopilot, and help you connect the dots.
Before OSK: book productivity important
(Search returns 400 notes... good luck)

After OSK: type/book productivity time_management
(Search returns exactly what you need)

This is how knowledge systems should work
Obsidian Starter Kit v3.0.0:
→ 100+ hours of setup, done
→ Battle-tested by 1,000+ users
→ Scales to 10,000+ notes
I spent 3 years refining my Obsidian setup

Then I thought: why should everyone rebuild from scratch?
So I've turned it into a reusable solution that anyone can use 👇
You know that feeling when you wrote something brilliant last month but can't find it?

Search returns 47 results. You give up. You rewrite it from scratch.

This is why most "second brains" fail.

Obsidian Starter Kit fixes this: find anything in 3 seconds
