the theme murder side ARG site looked stunning, the slidedeck graphics for the suspects, the theme for 2026, the base style guide for FM and numerous other graphical assets. I couldn't be happier working alongside him this year and looking forward to 2026 with him and his talent! (2/2)

I wanted to shoutout @mmmatch.es for their amazing work on the theme website and graphic design materials for FurryMigration this year. They've been involved since the early years of the con starting and I genuinely think they've done a ton to give the con a HUGE professional look for the con (1/2)

Furthermore, We understand fursuiting is important to our attendees but the fandom is not all about owning a suit. We still had plenty of fursuiting events but we didn't want to oversaturate the programming with that since it alienates a number of peoples, as per the surveys last year (3 of 2)

Also we had to change registration hardware this year. Its regretful that there were issues but I dont fault the registration team. It was extremely stressful for them and I condone them on tackling the issues. We learned a lot this year and we're addressing all the pain points for 2026 :3 (2/2)

Honestly there was a lot of video scripts and other items planned to compliment the theme this year, but got cut because we didn't want to go over budget. But I take pride in thinking our theme efforts were increased this year. (1 of 2)

communicated with for tech needs, graphics and other assets like logos and what not. Publications were communicated to for print material. While I appreciate the concern about our execution, a lot of thought and effort went into the theme this year. (2/2)

All required parties that needed to know about the twist were communicated to. It was kept as a need to know basis within the convention for the proper execution. We wanted it to truly be a surprise. The hotel was informed on all details that were needed to know and mainstage staff were (1/x)

Being convention chair for @furrymigration.org this year was exhausting but very rewarding. Just seeing everyone enjoy the convention and this community that we have was beyond worth all the work that goes into it.
