If we dont hold each other accountable then people take full advantage and feel safe to be openly racist and hateful. Just because something doesn't directly affect you doesn't mean you shouldn't stand against it.

The people that were being racist and defending this are now retaliating in the responses of a jayvik artist that drew Viktor with dark skin btw. They are literally attacking the artist and using ai to turn Ekko and Mel white.

This most recent anti-Black whitewashing incident reinforces that we (white & non-Black fans) really need to hold each other accountable without forcing/waiting for Black women to clean up our mistakes.

You shouldn’t be more afraid of getting called racist than being racist.
