This will be used for all kind of thins like join / leave, whitelist add / remove or staff join / leave notifications.

You will still setup your general menu zones, but can in addition make a "Tablet Zone" that will spawn it in front of the player.

With Modern UIs you can also have staff only pages in your menu that automatically show / disappear :D
