I have given myself a headache from trying to explain to my company’s vendor risk team that a service portal (like for booking employee relocations or booking travel) may be technology, but it is not software and thus should not be having a software model created in our SeviceNow environment.

I don’t think it’s as serious as that? They said we may get a thunderstorm and some street flooding. But I’m in the high desert, so it gets a lot colder than down in LA.
