Oof… definitely can’t do hamstring day at the old gym when I have to work. That took me 100 minutes just to get through the lifting portion, and then I still have 35 minutes of cardio. Didn’t even do my normal stretching. I’d be an hour late for work on a normal day.😵💫

Rar… at my old gym and trying to do my Nordic Curls but there’s no good place to anchor my feet because my legs are too big to use the lat pulldown benches now. 🤪
