Wat lastig nu. De Terugkeerrichtlijn biedt de gewezen asielzoeker meer waarborgen voor de toetsing van zijn veiligheid in zijn land van herkomst. Daar komt zowaar een rechter aan te pas. Onuitvoerbaar, vindt de IND. Tja. Dat was niet de bedoeling.
