Not to mention I keep worrying about everyone else's trouble and even now me speaking out on why I haven't been around is causing me to wither into myself from exposing some vulnerability to the public

I just keep thinking back to the time I had that panic attack at work and wince in disappointment

My dumb mind would tell me all the reasons why, but when I say it, I know it won't make sense to anyone, which either causes some stupid hit of invalidation into my heart or I'm being too vague and not wanting to burden others of my trouble

Therapy cost money and time I need to set aside to fix it

I'm not feeling so good about myself and my thoughts recently

Stress of life, finances, and being alone is catching up in the worse timing of it all, I haven't been feeling the need to be social, even though I WANT to reach out to others

But I feel selfish for wanting the attention.. But why
