You can recover this problem by creating a synthetic flat that will eliminate the blotches and doughnuts. I've had this when dew overcame my heaters or I reframed/rotated the camera and forgot to retake the flats.

The Iris Nebula (NGC 7023) is a reflection nebula in Cepheus. I created this image using my Celestron Edge 800 HD telescope and ASI294mm pro camera from 76x 3-minute exposures. This gave a total integration time of 3.9 hours - processed in Pixinsight. #astrophotography Please ❤️and RP

The Rosette Nebula is an ionized hydrogen gas and dust region in the Monoceros constellation. I captured the image on a moonlit night (65%)with Ha/OIII/SII filters. The scope was an Esprit 100ED and 100x 60-second pics for each filter. #Astrophotography Please ❤️and RP
