I hate to say this, but Republicans worried that any changes they make to existing norms will come back to bite them when Democrats are back in power need only look at the history of Democrats in power to see that they have nothing to fear

Android's notification history is great but the UX is bad
This UX is so incredibly dumb and unintuitive though.

If someone hasn't posted about it, I'd never for the life of me guess that the "No notifications" message is clickable and takes you to the notification history.

Here's your friendly reminder that CSS selectors are global and evaluated RTL, so if you have selectors that are very broad like `.container > div` you might be impacting performance in a measurable way 🙈

I've been tinkering in WebKit. For most of the day I was banging my head against tooling issues, but I think I've finally got a passable workflow and understand enough of the testing infrastructure to finish out this patch

Are young people failing to learn life skills or are we failing to teach them?

"Why wouldn't so-called iPad kids know how to send email?"
Why would they? Are most kids expected to be sending out memos while marathoning Cocomelon?

For the past two years I've been contracting with Mozilla as a Sr. DevRel Engineer. While I've enjoyed and appreciate my time with the team, it's time for me to move on to the next challenge

This year's GitHub Octoverse annual survey did a good job of correctly representing TypeScript & JavaScript as a single ecosystem.

I'm about ~10 hours into Arc Raiders

Good
- Solid "pick up everything you see" sim
- stumbling into another player and trading a toaster for a handful of berries
- Arc = robot spiders?

Bad
- pvp is 😮‍💨
- the big jumpy spiders are mean
- getting sniped just as you're about to leave a level
