There is no budget though and even where there IS money, it is allocated to something else or isnt supposed to be touched.

There has been no CR. We dont know where the money came from as of now but we know it wasnt supposed to be there.

(I agree with the defense budget being too big)

I dont know how the younger soldiers and those with families will survive. So many do not have a wider support system and joined specifically for a steady paycheck and healthcare benefits
