I ended up having 2 naps today and now I feel super disoriented. This is definitely leftover covid bullshit. I hope my body sorts itself out soon, but it took months for me to not feel laggy last time I was sick with it 😩

I ate so much turkey this evening I am struggling to stay awake until a respectable bedtime

Also! Only Lovers Left Alive is on my rewatch list, as is Suburban Gothic, which I'm not even sure is streaming anywhere, it's an indie film and I bought the DVD when it first came out (if you want more recs)

Continuing my X-Files watch through... Love how scrappy Scully is! Dude might be twice her weight, and have just knocked Mulder down, but she will tackle him to the ground and restrain him.

Watching X-Files from the beginning for the first time and it bugs me some times how Scully dismisses Mulder's theories because "you just went thru something traumatic and are emotional and searching for answers that aren't there" especially when he's just laid out all the reasons behind his theory

How about you stop hiring original creative voices only to kick them off their own films for making stories that lack "mass appeal." Maybe let women/poc/lgbtq+ people say what they want to say without an old, white Pixar braintrust man looming over them. Oh, and your advertising campaigns SUCK.

If I don't sell at least 100 of them. I'll have to cancel them and not make them. I know they aren't "cheap" but I wanted to make something of quality that would last. I wanted it to fit many weights and heights.
