I really wanted to get the RE3 REmake for spooky month this year, but it's not going on sale for some reason (the RE games usually go on sale during October) so...Arkham Asylum it is then!

The Chibnall era just split things up even more by filtering out the anti woke crowd and driving actual fans away with how bad it was, the 60th proves that the franchise lives in 10's shadow, and RTD2 is scaring away fans again with shit writing, along with alienating the new fans with too much lore

I genuinely wonder when it all started to go wrong. Part of me thinks it's when Capaldi was cast and scared fans away because he wasn't a quirky tumblr sexyman twink anymore. Or maybe the show peaked way too high culturally way too soon with 10 and everything else has been living in his shadow.

Tron has always been fun from a design and concept stand point. The trailer for Ares actually looked like a cool swap of the first film, but no matter how much a film looks fun, or good, I just don't trust modern Disney to make a good film. Plus how does Jared keep getting work!? Fucking how!?

And yeah, enjoying things in the present is always ideal (can't say the same about Doccy Who but I've beaten that horse to death already), and honestly even if I was a late bloomer in terms of irl furry stuff, it's the most in touch with the community I've felt in the whole 10 years I've been here!

For sure! It's a sad reality we live in that most things we love have some baggage to them, but in the furry vine example, I can still enjoy them because they don't directly benefit the bad actors in there, even if every vine they make popping up in the video feels like a rusty needle in a trifle

Absolutely fr! Genuinely it's some of the most nostalgic stuff for me, even more nostalgic than some games or tv shows! Yeah, there are some...nasty awful people in those videos, but apart from that it's just a slice of a juicy delicious nostalgia cake!

It's funny because for me I skipped the "I'm not a furry" arc entirely and just saw a Majira video, thought to myself "that's actually so cool tho", which then lead me to finding furry vine comps which only lead me further into the fandom! Damn those were good times...

It started with me discovering and watching Majira on my crappy windows phone, all the way to me finally getting out into local furry spaces and actually engaging with people and making irl furry friends, something I never ever thought would happen!
