Knee Update, I’ve been cleared to walk outside by myself as long as it’s flat and I can go to the gym but only do the recumbent bike and the elliptical.

I started my wood Viking Ship today. There is some plastic too. This model has a motor to make all the oars row and it lights up. It’s way more sophisticated than the other models I’ve done. I want to get this ship done before I move on to the LEGO Titanic. After that I have a pirate ship to build

Another great PT session. She took me for a 1/2 mile walk, I had my cane but she told me to only use it if I needed. I only had to use it walking through leaves on the sidewalk. My range of motion is getting better and I was able to bend my knees and kneel for the 1st time in over 2 years

In home PT went great today. I was able to ditch the walker for a cane. I’m almost 2 weeks ahead of the curve. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since the surgery

Just had my 1st in home PT. She was amazed on the range of motion I have already. The swelling is already going down. She was impressed that I started my own PT and added a few more exercises.

I promised my grandson I would do anything I can to get to his school’s Veterans Day Assembly. Got a good workout on my new knee.
