What you are doing sounds wonderful. And you can't eat too well. There is no such thing. My theory is if you are going to eat, eat well. Don't waste calories on mediocre food.

Those states have a much higher % of Black Americans than the rest of the country, and Blacks have shorter expected lives than other Americans.

The area also has a less educated population and wwith that comes lower incomes and poorer healthcare and poorer health practices.

Yes she is. I had never heard of her until sometime last year or so, but she is smart, a hard worker, and solid communicator.

It's small consolation, but they are special photos I am grateful to see today. Just spent several days in our neck of the woods, and the colors did not look anything like that. And we spent too much time working, not enough taking in the diverse sights.
